Wendy J. Elliott has been in commercial real estate since 2001. She recently joined Stonecrest Properties in December 2017 and is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. She has extensive background in working with Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Franchisees, Landlords, and Tenants in all facets of commercial properties. She has significant experience in research for properties suitable for development, as well as years of experience in dealing with property owners and the complexities of executing a successful real estate transaction.
Wendy is a native of the Chattanooga area, giving her first-hand knowledge of the demographics of the tri-state area. She is at ease with the varying personality types in our community. Wendy is currently licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Wendy worked for Household Finance as a senior account manager managing re-structuring and consolidating debt. Wendy also worked several years for Henry B. Glascock Company in commercial real estate and real estate auctions.
Wendy has years of experience volunteering with American Cancer and Women's Harvest. She is actively involved in her local church, has three incredible children, and currently lives in Hixson, Tennessee.

Kathy Wilton is a dynamic commercial agent with an expertise in the retail and restaurant industry. Her broad experience includes the culmination of extensive brokerage transactions in which she contributed to the city's growth and strategic development. She has worked closely with many branded and franchised companies as a tenant rep, assisting them with their site selection needs.
Kathy is recognized for her superior business acumen, and is adept at negotiating within a diverse range of circumstances. Her collaborative spirit combined with keen management skills makes her an asset in the deal making arena. She has been a Stonecrest Properties affiliate broker since 2002.
